Gus Grantham
Known worldwide as the “sculptor with a 20 ton chisel,” Gus is responsible for all day to day field operations. With his massive experience he has earned the reputation as one of the best shapers in the golf course construction field. His untiring efforts are the driving force behind Grantham Golf Construction projects being completed both on time and within budget. Prior to moving to Asia in 1989, Gus had the privilege to be associated with ten “Jack Nicklaus Signature” course throughout the United States. Gus lives and works on current projects, travelling between construction sites, coordinating with site personnel to ensure successful completion of each course.

Peter Waller
Peter is responsible for all financial and marketing activities at Grantham Golf Construction. A graduate chartered accountant from England, he has 25 years of international financial management experience. Previously he was Regional Finance Director for InterPacific, a private investment company with extensive interests in hotel, resort, and golf course development in the Pacific basin. Other experience includes senior financial positions in management and engineering consulting firms and real estate development companies in South East Asia and the Middle East. Peter has lived and worked mainly in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and has traveled extensively throughout Asia in the development field. He is currently located in Dubai, UAE, where Grantham Golf Construction have recently opened their Middle East office.
